What is Poke?

 

Poké (pronounced POH-keh) means “to slice or cut” in Hawaiian referring to cubes of marinated sushi grade fish, which is then tossed over rice and topped with our in-house Asian-inspired sauces. Poké is traditionally a

Hawaiian dish and different from traditional Japanese style sushi.
